My name is Haley and I'm 13! I am a passionate baker and artist. I also have severe wheat allergy and celiac disease. I was diagnosed in 2011. It's been a tough road for me to learn how to live gluten and wheat free and to find yummy safe sweets! I carry an Epi-pen with me in case I have a wheat or gluten exposure. I can have anaphylaxis, swelling, hives, and severe stomach pains when I am exposed. To help others with these conditions, I have created "Haley's Gluten and Wheat Free Bakery" and I personally bake gluten and wheat free sweets with all natural and safe ingredients with no risk of cross-contamination!
